Santosh Balasubramanian is the vice president of product management for Oracle data and AI services, leading the development of Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP). He has more than 20 years of experience in cloud-scale analytics, databases, and real-time intelligence platforms.

Natalia Rachelson
Senior Vice President, Cloud Applications Development, Oracle
Natalia Rachelson is Oracle’s senior vice president of cloud applications development, leading outbound product management and innovation across the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite. With over 15 years at Oracle and a robust background in product management and communications, Natalia has driven significant growth by ensuring the Fusion Applications Suite meets the needs of more than 14,000 customers worldwide across every business function, including finance, human resources, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and marketing. She is passionate about integrating the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence, into Oracle’s applications to deliver transformative solutions that address customers’ biggest, most complex business challenges. Natalia holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS in Commerce from DePaul University.

Vipin Samar
Senior Vice President, Database Security, Oracle
Vipin Samar is senior vice president of database security development at Oracle, where he leads the innovation and delivery of security solutions that safeguard the world’s most critical data. Under his leadership, the team is responsible for a comprehensive portfolio of security features and products—including Transparent Data Encryption, Database Vault, Data Safe, Audit Vault and Database Firewall, Key Vault, Data Masking, and the Database Security Assessment Tool. With more than 25 years of experience spanning operating systems, networking, identity, and databases, Vipin is widely recognized as a leader in enterprise security. He's the primary inventor on more than 10 US security patents, driving next-generation technology to address constantly evolving cybersecurity challenges. Vipin holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from BITS Pilani, India, and a master of science in computer science from Stony Brook University in New York.

Mark Hura
President, Global Field Operations, Oracle
Mark Hura is President of Oracle’s Global Field Operations, executing the company’s go-to-market strategy and AI transformation across all industries and customer segments. Mark has more than 25 years of experience leading organizations and developing executive partnerships ranging from cloud-native ISVs and AI startups to the world’s largest enterprises and governments. Most recently, he led North America sales integrating the applications and infrastructure businesses bringing a simpler, unified experience to Oracle customers. Prior to that, he led Oracle’s North America Cloud Infrastructure business. Under his leadership, the organization delivered record growth, deepened customer adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and established Oracle as a leading hyperscaler in the market. In previous roles, he led Oracle’s Energy & Water portfolio helping installed-base customers extend the value of their technology investments. Prior to joining Oracle in 2013, Mark was general manager of sales for GE’s Digital Energy business.

Christine Sarros
Senior Vice President, OCI Enterprise Engineering, Oracle
Christine Sarros is the senior vice president of Oracle's enterprise engineering organisation, spearheading transformative change. Tasked with delivering cutting-edge IT services to more than 170,000 global employees, Christine reshapes the technological landscape of the organisation. As the steward of employee experience, she champions initiatives to enhance collaboration, optimise workflows and elevate satisfaction. Christine bridges the gap between technology and human interaction. At the core of her portfolio lies engineering solutions accelerating cloud adoption, empowering teams to easily leverage cloud technologies for agility and efficiency. Christine has 25 years of experience as a leader for Fortune 500 technology companies and currently leads a team of 1,500 global staff within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure organisation. Her current programmes include AI solutions for enterprise search and support, and companion assistants for secure dev and ops functions. Christine is an active member of the Oracle Women’s Leadership community, whose mission is to develop, engage, and empower current and future generations of women leaders.
